We urgently need to raise an additional £20,000 by the end of August so we can say ‘yes’ to as much life-saving research as possible.
Breakthroughs in cancer research may go unfunded if we don’t act now – will you help us?
On 28th September, our Scientific Committee made up of 24 cancer specialists, will meet in Edinburgh to decide on the life-saving cancer research we can fund this year. We need your support now so we can say ‘YES’ to as much life-saving research as possible.
The simple fact is that the sooner we fund new research, the sooner we will beat this disease that affects 1 in 2 of us. We know research works. It’s why cancer survival rates have doubled in the last forty years. Research has helped people like Jack, one of our amazing supporters, to survive his own battle with cancer.
Be part of the meeting on 28th September
The research we are able to fund on 28th September has the potential to be the new breakthroughs of tomorrow. It’s a powerful combination: you and our scientists working together to save the lives of people like Jack.
I hope you are able to support such pioneering research at this critical time.
