You could light the way to more lifesaving research.

We fund research into any type of cancer, anywhere in the world. Research that could lead to incredible breakthroughs in how we prevent, diagnose, and treat cancer - and new cures. But we can't fund those projects without your help.

We know that taking care of your loved ones is the most important thing - and writing a Will is no different. With 1 in 2 of us now diagnosed with cancer in our lifetime, even a small donation to Worldwide Cancer Research can have a big impact and allow you to take care of your loved ones for years to come by helping to stop the suffering caused by cancer for future generations.

Often when we are writing Wills we think about those closest to us. But a Will, much like a piece of music, has the power to touch the lives of so many more.

What is our free Will service?

We offer a free Will writing and review service. This allows you to easily write or update a simple Will – and it won’t cost you a penny. You don’t have to include a gift to Worldwide Cancer Research, but of course we’d be extremely grateful if you did.

We have two free Will offers where you can make your Will either online or in person with a solicitor local to you.

What do you need?

To leave a gift in your Will to Worldwide Cancer Research, all you need to provide your solicitor with is:

Name of charity: Worldwide Cancer Research

Registered charity number: SC022918

Address: Third Floor South, 121 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4YN

Please note:
Worldwide Cancer Research was founded as AICR – The Association for International Cancer Research. Our original address was Madras House, South Street, St Andrews, KY16 9EH. It was then 10 Canning Street in Edinburgh. Our current address at Third Floor South, 121 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4YN, is noted above.

Including Worldwide Cancer Research in your Will

"I hope they can eradicate cancer, so there are no more cancer patients in the world. That would be something! It's why I've left a gift in my Will to support Worldwide Cancer Research."

- Basil Smith, cancer survivor and Worldwide Cancer Research supporter
