Fife Garden Trail
Worldwide Cancer Research has once again benefited from the generosity of gardeners who took part in this year’s Scotland’s Gardens Growing and Giving Campaign.
Over May and June, 12 privately owned gardens across Angus and Fife opened their gardens to the public giving visitors an opportunity to enjoy the beautiful sights and scents.
Over the past four years, the members of Scotland’s Gardens in Fife have donated almost £25,000 to Worldwide Cancer Research. This year garden owners in Angus added their green fingers to the fundraising.
Terrill Dobson, National Organiser for Scotland’s Gardens, as well as taking part in this year’s trail, said; “Members of Scotland’s Gardens in Angus are proud to join with our friends in Fife to support Worldwide Cancer Research. We were delighted to learn that the charity has funded a large number of cancer research projects in Dundee over the years.”
