Great North Run 2023

By 2030 cancer is predicted to become the leading cause of death worldwide. We urgently need to find new ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer - but we can't do it alone.  

With your help, we vow to keep funding more lifesaving research projects into any type of cancer, anywhere in the world. We won’t stop until cancer does.  

You'll be part of a team of Worldwide Cancer Research runners, taking part in the iconic event and helping to start new cancer cures.

*These spaces are awarded on a first-come-first-served basis, so we encourage prompt application. Whilst it's likely you will receive a place, we cannot guarantee this if we become oversubscribed. We monitor applications every weekday and will be in touch as soon as possible if Team Curestarter reaches capacity.
